Monday

Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and got some good REST! Gonna hit the Garage around 10 AM with some squats! Then I am going to head to Home Depot and grab some wood to build some pull blocks! It's going to be a busy day today.

AM Workout:

Squats 8 x 3 Ascending Weights then 2 Drop Sets Keep Form Tight
SGDL 3 x 3 110% of Snatch

PM Workout:

Block Work Cleans 4 x 2 Work up to something heavy Tight form
Pulls 5 x 3 100% Clean

Good Mornings 4 x 6
Leg Raises 50


I better get started if I want to do it all.

What better way to get started then with a big ass plate of bacon!
